Q: How much space do I need for a party?

A: While the number of guests/size of your event will determine the space you need, a typical birthday party can be held in an area the size of a living room. We usually sit in story time formation so Grayson and Eden can easily move to the guests and see all the reptiles up close. We are flexible. Tell us your thoughts if you have something else in mind!

Q: Do I need to provide anything for a party?
​​​
A: We need a signed waiver from each child (one per family) participating in your event. We bring everything else to your event.

Q: What is the cost for a party?
​​​​
A: $250 per hour with a $50 deposit due to secure your date. 15-20 guests. Inquire for pricing on larger events.

Q: What is the best age group for a party?
​​​​
A: Grayson and Eden have experience presenting for all ages. They can comfortably adjust shows to fit any age group and make it a fun experience for all participating.

Q: What does a show consist of?
​​​
A: Grayson and Eden present fun facts and characteristics of each reptile and share details about their care. The birthday child is given the opportunity to feed a bearded dragon and tortoise with tongs which is always a big hit. All guest are given the opportunity to safely pet a snake and other reptiles if they are suitable for handling. Guests also have the chance to hold Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches and isopods. Photo opportunities throughout. This is an interactive event where we welcome questions from all kids.

Q: What type of events do you present at?

A: We can present at just about anything you have in mind! We have attended birthday parties, youth groups, STEM nights for local schools, homeschool co-ops, nature groups, local monthly news segments, vendor fairs, reptile expos, office parties, VBS summer programs, special education programs, and nursing homes.

Q: Can I have a party outside? 
​​​
A: In order to keep our reptiles safe and healthy, outdoor events require temperatures between 65-90 F. Please have an indoor space available as a back up so your event is not canceled.

Q: How do I book an event?
​​​
A: If you are interested in booking an event, please fill out a contact form with the date, time, location, and type of event you interested in. We will check our calendar and respond quickly to confirm availability. A $50 deposit is required to book your date which is refundable if we need to cancel for any reason. Remaining payment can be made the day of your event. If you need to reschedule, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. Grayson and Eden are also involved in extra curricular activities and sometimes have weekend obligations they must attend.

Q: Do you travel outside of Bryan/ College Station for events?
​​
A: Yes! Absolutely, for an additional travel fee.
